Yin Zhen white tea, “Silver Needles,” is one of the rarest and most prized teas in the world. Produced in a very limited area of Fujian, it is composed exclusively of spring apical buds still covered in soft silvery down. Once reserved for the Emperor and symbolically linked to the phoenix, it offers a pale and delicate infusion, with a floral aroma and a naturally sweet, lingering finish.
